
Traditional Physical Therapy - 1:1 full hour clinic appointments with your licensed physical therapist. No technicians, no assistants. Services include manual therapy (therapeutic massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point, muscle energy techniques, etc.), therapeutic exercises, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, cervical traction, instruction in home exercise program, balance and gait training, functional re-training, posture and back education.

Aquatic Therapy Program - 1:1 Aquatic physical therapy delivered only by a certified aquatic therapist. Ideal for patients in which traditional exercise/therapy is too painful or too difficult. Appropriate diagnoses include: post-operative patients (joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, ligament repairs, etc.), moderate to severe arthritis, Fibromyalgia, severe back pain, orthopedic injuries in pregnant patients, general deconditioning. The water temperature is very comfortable.

MS Wellness Program - This includes a physical therapy assessment and treatment as needed to reduce pain, improve mobility and independence, gait and balance assessments to reduce fall risk, exercise guidance. Each patient and their physician will receive the patient's assessment and mobility status including all appropriate clinical testing measures to keep in their files. Services are delivered by therapists with extensive clinical experience in treating individuals with MS. Our goal is to keep you independent and mobile!
