Christina M.B. Stayeas, DPT, MSPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Masters of Science in Physical Therapy
Christina Stayeas is the founder of GetWell Rehabilitation, LLC. She received her Bachelors of Science from George Washington University in 1997, Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2000, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2007. She was published in the Journal of Physical Therapy Education in 2001.
Her experience spans the whole spectrum of physical therapy settings including acute care, in-patient rehabilitation, and out-patient rehabilitation both for orthopedic and neurological impairments. She has extensive knowledge in treating progressive neurological disorders including Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Muscular Dystrophy, and ALS. Orthopedically, she has deepened her knowledge with courses involving manual therapy, including both soft tissue and joint mobilizations. In addition, she is on the Board of Directors for the TurnFirst Foundation and an active member in the American Physical Therapy Association.

Meghan R. Zampardi, MSPT, ATRIC

Aquatic Therapy and Rehab Industry CertificationMeghan Zampardi earned her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2000 and has practiced primarily in an out-patient orthopedic setting. She has taken various manual therapy courses with focus on muscle energy, soft tissue mobilization, and joint mobilization techniques.
She has a special interest in Aquatic Physical Therapy and is certified as an Aquatic Therapy and Rehabilitation Institute Certified Therapist (ATRIC). She believes this environment provides a gentle medium for rehabilitation, challenges balance, and promotes relaxation. Last year, she received her Pilates Mat Certification through PhysicalMind Instutite and continues to participate in pilates rehabilitation continuing education courses. Meghan enjoys exercising and educating others on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

Maureen Maier, MSPT
Masters of Science in Physical Therapy
Maureen graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University, Cullowhee NC, in 2002. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from Ithaca College, Ithaca NY, in 1993. Maureen is currently taking advanced manual therapy classes, working towards her certification as a Orthopeadic Manual Physical Therapist/OMPT. She is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist/CEAS through The Back School of Atlanta, and a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Maureen enjoys treating musculoskeletal conditions including fitness related overuse injuries and muscle imbalance problems. She utilizes a hand-on approach consisting of soft tissue techniques, joint mobilization, and myofascial release. In addition to her clinical manual skills, she integrates corrective exercise prescription, dynamic functional training, and core stabilization, in order to help clients achieve their rehab goals.

Nancy Wilson
Certified Personal Trainer
As a dancer, Nancy applies a highly developed sense of body mechanics (i.e. “kinesiology”) to personal training. Since 1997, she has worked extensively with seniors and other individuals with special needs, including those with hip or knee replacements, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, Parkinson’s, and other post-rehab needs. Nancy takes a gentle but persistent approach, designing creative programs to help clients feel free of pain and in command of their bodies.
Nancy earned her undergraduate degree from George Washington University, where she studied modern dance. As an undergraduate, she danced semi-professionally with the CORE Movement Project and the Maida Wither Dance Construction Company. She has also performed at the Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center Out of Doors, and Jacobs Pillow.
Nancy is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council of Exercise (ACE).
